This seminar offers an overview of legal issues impacting the practice of architecture in the State of New York. The course will address negotiating and drafting contracts, key contract considerations, the implications associated with performing construction administration services and the use of contract provisions to avoid or minimize disputes. The subject matter shall also address issues of health, safety and welfare associated with construction projects. This seminar is well suited to all practicing architects and will provide valuable insights into documenting issues, minimizing conflicts and avoiding claims.
